The story of our company started in Cagliari in 1988.
We began by processing mullet bottarga, a regional delicacy which has been made here since ancient times and has always been our finest product.
From the very start, the goal which we set ourselves was to preserve the value of the quality and integrity of our traditions by specialising in the production of seafood products and showcasing regional and other specialities.
Thanks to our extensive knowledge of the fish industry, our philosophy is built on the careful selection of the raw materials where innovation is combined with the respect for the techniques learned in the past and handed down to today.
We are present in different geographical locations with an efficient distribution system in the Horeca, wholesale and large-scale distribution channels.
We adhere to a method which is part of the path to quality which we have laid out where the pleasure of eating well takes pride of place.
