The king crab is one of the largest species of crab, as well as the most sought-after. Its meat is tender and relatively sweet as a result of the cold sea temperatures in the north where it is found.

The snow or queen crab, however, is caught off the coast of Chile. Its delicious, firm meat makes it ideal for preparing spaghetti dishes or fresh salads.
